HOW TO RESERVE
To place a reservation please provide the following information:
- Full name.
- Arrival and departure dates.
- Number of people (including kids and babies).
- If you prefer a bottom or an upper floor room.
You will receive a confirmation message that will include the following information:
Dates, number of nights, rate per night, balance due, deposit instructions, due date to make deposit, due date for cancellations.
Please take some time to read the Hotel Policies as you accept them when hiring our services.
NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY DRAFTS.
WE ONLY ACCEPT US DOLLARS OR MEXICAN PESOS.
Please be prepared to pay in cash upon arrival.
Due date to cancel a reservation will be included in confirmation e-mail.
Deposit is not refundable if cancelling after due date.
