HOW TO RESERVE

To make a reservation please provide the following information:

• Full name.
• Arrival and departure dates.
• Number of people (including teens and children).
• If you prefer a bottom or an upper floor room.

You will receive a confirmation message that will include the following information:
Dates, number of nights, rate per night, balance due, deposit instructions, due date to make deposit, due date for cancellations.

Please take a moment to read the Hotel Policies as you accept them when hiring our services.

PAYMENT POLICIES
NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY DRAFTS.
WE ONLY ACCEPT U.S. DOLLARS OR MEXICAN PESOS.
Please be prepared to pay in cash upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Due date to cancel a reservation will be included in confirmation e-mail.
Deposit is not refundable if cancelling after due date.
